A valuable opportunity is available for a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to serve elementary students in a supportive school setting on a contract assignment from October through February. You’ll work full-time, 8:35 AM to 3:35 PM, at a single elementary campus with no travel required. Alongside another SLP, you will deliver targeted services to children in grades K–5, helping shape students’ communication skills during a crucial stage of development.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions tailored to elementary learners.
• Manage IEP caseload for 6 students and provide services to a total of 19 IEP students and 19 intervention students.
• Write IEP goals, monitor progress, and maintain thorough case documentation.
• Collaborate closely with fellow SLPs, classroom teachers, special education staff, parents, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Engage in team and administrative meetings, with indirect and meeting time built into your workday.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or ability to secure prior to assignment start.
• Background check and fingerprint clearance required before placement.
• Previous elementary school experience is a plus, but applicants from outside the local area are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in pediatrics, healthcare, or school-based settings, including new graduates completing their CFY, is valued.
• Comfort with teletherapy is a bonus.
