Embark on a rewarding temporary contract assignment as a Speech-Language Pathologist, starting this October through February. This full-time opportunity is located within a single elementary school, serving students from kindergarten to fifth grade—no travel required. As part of a collaborative environment, you’ll team up with a fellow SLP on-site, ensuring comprehensive support as you provide direct interventions and manage cases in a supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language assessments, therapies, and interventions for students in grades K–5.
• Oversee case management for select IEP students, developing and monitoring individualized goals and progress.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents, general education teachers, special education staff, and a multidisciplinary team.
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings, utilizing paid time for administrative tasks and required documentation.
• Draw from your expertise to ensure best practices throughout the caseload of 6 case management students, 19 IEP students, and 19 intervention students.

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain license prior to start date).
• Ability to pass background check and fingerprint clearance before commencing employment.
• Experience in elementary school settings is valued, but applications from travel professionals eager for a dynamic contract are strongly encouraged.
• Candidates at all stages, including Clinical Fellows (CFY), are welcome to apply.
• Experience with teletherapy is a plus.
