Take on a rewarding, temporary assignment as a Speech-Language Pathologist where your expertise will directly impact elementary-aged students. This full-time contract runs from October through February and is perfect for someone passionate about supporting K-5 learners in a close-knit, collaborative environment. You’ll work side-by-side with another full-time SLP—meaning plenty of professional support—at a single elementary school with no travel between sites required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and deliver direct therapy services for children in grades K–5
• Manage IEP caseloads for 6 students and serve a total of 19 students with IEPs, as well as an additional 19 students needing interventions
• Draft measurable IEP goals, track student progress, and provide clear documentation
• Work closely with parents, classroom teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated support
• Participate in team meetings and complete administrative tasks, with dedicated indirect time built into the schedule

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain credentials before the assignment begins
• Satisfactory background check and fingerprint clearance prior to starting
• Previous work within elementary schools is a plus, but not required—dedicated travel SLPs are encouraged to apply
• Open to those who have completed or are completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in healthcare, pediatric settings, or teletherapy adds value

This contract offers a stable, fixed schedule from 8:35 AM–3:35 PM and includes paid time for team meetings and administration, creating a supportive environment for both seasoned and travel SLPs.
