Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP license for the state of New Jersey (or eligibility)
• Experience with pediatric populations in educational settings

• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Ability to work with a variety of needs, including moderate to profound

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students K–12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to support student IEP goals
• Conduct therapy sessions, both individual and group, tailored to each student's needs
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
• Participate in parent meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
