Step into a dynamic school-based role supporting students across K-12 for the 2026-2027 academic year in the Newark, DE area. You’ll play a crucial part in helping students grow their communication and language skills within a collaborative, student-first environment. Whether you’re an SLP, Clinical Fellow, or SLPA, there are opportunities for supervision, support, and professional development throughout your contract.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience or training in pediatric speech-language pathology within schools or healthcare
• SLP with current or pending DE licensure (CFs welcome); SLPA candidates must also hold DE licensure (active or pending)
• Ability to work onsite and pass both drug screening and background checks
• Capability to engage with K-12 students; flexibility across age groups is essential
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with school-based schedules and willingness to collaborate with team members
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Role Highlights:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and targeted interventions for speech-language needs
• Provide direct and consultative services to students individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student goals
• Contribute to IEP meetings, track progress, and document services per school requirements
• Option to work elementary, middle, or high school hours, approximately 35-40 hours per week
• School-based supervisors available for Clinical Fellows and SLPAs
• Participate in ongoing clinical growth and mentorship
