Implement individualized therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication skills, language comprehension, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities.

Work in synergy with occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to design integrated care strategies.

Provide education for patients and their families to facilitate progress beyond clinical interactions.

Participate in inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions to ensure care continuity throughout the recovery process.

Maintain punctual and precise documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Remain abreast of the latest developments in the field through continuous education and engagement with peers.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution is essential.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if certification through ASHA has not yet been achieved.

Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is highly preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days upon hire.

Skilled in evidence-based treatment modalities for all ages, coupled with a solid understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Strong interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Capable of adapting therapeutic approaches to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
