Medical Receptionist

Location:  Anchorage, Alaska
Pay: $18–$24/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-Time

TDL Staffing is seeking a friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to provide front desk and customer service support in a busy medical office. This role is a great fit for someone with strong office experience who enjoys working with people and can provide a welcoming, helpful experience for patients.

The Medical Receptionist will assist with patient check-in, answer incoming phone calls, process co-pays, and work closely with the scheduling team. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle questions or concerns professionally are important for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide professional front desk support

• Check patients in and assist with the patient registration process

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general questions

• Process patient co-pays accurately

• Coordinate and communicate with the scheduling team

• Provide helpful, courteous customer service to patients and visitors

• Handle patient concerns and difficult interactions professionally

• Complete general receptionist and office support duties as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of office experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

• Ability to handle conflict and challenging interactions professionally

• Background screening is a part of the hiring process

• Must support a drug free work environment
