The Community Marketing Liaison plays a vital role in fostering strong community relationships and enhancing the organization's visibility through direct engagement and coordinated marketing efforts. This position involves frequent travel within the community to manage in-person events and represent the company at home care network meetings. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the liaison works within a large, dynamic team to drive business growth and facilitate care coordination through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Engage with community members and stakeholders to promote services and brand presence
• Coordinate and execute community events focused on in-person engagement and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the community and home care networks
• Manage public relations initiatives to support marketing goals
• Coordinate referrals and facilitate patient assessment and transition processes
• Support care coordination efforts aligning with client needs and service delivery
• Drive market and business development activities aligned with organizational strategy
• Represent the organization at community and home care network meetings

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in community marketing
• Proven skills in community outreach and social media management
• Experience in event planning and public relations
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities
• Analytical thinking to evaluate marketing initiatives and outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
