Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Enter and manage purchase orders and invoices accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email.
- Interact with customers for order placements and inquiries.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics companies to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist with various office duties and administrative support as required.
- Proficiency in NetSuite software.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proven experience in office administration.
- Experience with Google Suite is a plus.
- Familiarity with logistics and clerical tasks.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work well within a team.
- Lives reasonably close to the office and is willing to commute.
