Als Investor Relations Manager (d/w/m) bist Du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unserem Unternehmen und den internationalen Finanzmärkten. Du trägst aktiv dazu bei, unsere Equity Story zu vermitteln und die Erwartungen des Kapitalmarkts ins Unternehmen zurückzuspielen. Aufgaben Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien gegenüber internationalen Analysten, Investoren und Privatanlegern. Pflege und Ausbau der Beziehungen zu bestehenden und potenziellen Investoren sowie Privatanlegern. Planung, Koordination sowie Mitwirkung an der regelmäßigen Finanzberichterstattung (z.B. Quartals-, Halbjahres- und Jahresberichte). Sicherstellung, dass die Finanzberichterstattung den regulatorischen Anforderungen entspricht und transparent sowie konsistent mit der Unternehmensstrategie ist. Beobachtung und Analyse der Finanzmärkte, relevanter Sektoren sowie Wettbewerber. Analyse von Analystenreports und Erstellung von internen Reportings in Abstimmung mit dem VP Investor Relations. Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Präsentationen für Investoren und Finanzanalysten. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von regulatorischen Anforderungen im Bereich Investor Relations und Corporate Governance. Teilnahme an Kapitalmarktkonferenzen, Roadshows und Capital Market Days. Mitwirkung an der jährlichen Hauptversammlung. Qualifikationen Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen, BWL, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Investor Relations bei einem börsennotierten Unternehmen. Fundierte Kenntnisse der Finanzmärkte, Unternehmensbewertung und der regulatorischen Anforderungen im Bereich der Kapitalmärkte. Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Top-Management und externen Stakeholdern. Analytisches Denken, hohe Eigenverantwortung und strukturierte Arbeitsweise. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Reisebereitschaft.
