Fund Accounting Manager

Fund Accounting Manager Location: 17901 Von Karman Ave, Suite 950 Irvine, CA 92614, US Industry: Accounting / Finance Job Number: 2611 Job Description: Our Real Estate client is seeking to expand their business and add a Fund Accounting Manager to their team. This company is a leading owner, operator, and investor in the real estate industry. As a Fund Accounting Manager, you will be involved in both accounting activities and fund operations across multiple areas. Responsibilities include: Review quarterly property-level books Prepare and coordinate consolidated investor quarterly reports and annual financial statements Manage the annual audit process and respond to audit inquiries Assist with the preparation of annual investor conference materials Prepare quarterly and annual tax projection calculations Conduct quarterly & annual REIT compliance testing Assist with compliance of Partnership agreements Handle accounting for transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and loan closings, including validating settlement statements, providing funding, and booking transactions Respond to investor requests for information and inquiries, including account statements, debt and asset information, and audit confirmations Review weekly cash projections and bank reconciliations Prepare consolidated cash flow models Manage Fund Accounting Staff Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Big 4 public accounting experience preferred Minimum 4 years of accounting experience Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Yardi is a plus CPA license preferred Ability to work independently and in a team environment If you meet these qualifications, please apply and send your resume.
