Coinbase is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for Customer Administration to lead architectural decisions and deliver critical platform capabilities. You will mentor engineers and drive cross-functional initiatives across CX, Compliance, Legal, and Security teams while advancing Control Center from a human-focused UI to a modular AI-agent-ready operations platform.
