Team Lead

A Team Lead is responsible for leading shift operations across the restaurant. This role provides real-time leadership on the floor by directing team execution and resolving operational challenges. Team Leads also support development of team members through coaching, encouragement, and accountability while fostering a positive team environment.

Team Leader Responsibilities: Coaches, trains and mentors team members on policies, procedures, and core values. Directs team member rotations and manages breaks during shifts. Help maintain cleanliness, speed, and accuracy. Handles guest complaints and resolves issues immediately to ensure satisfaction. Ensure food safety and quality standards are met. Support opening and closing duties, including handling cash, deposits, and securing the building

Qualifications and Requirements: Strong communication and leadership skills. Demonstrates a servant's heart, strong character, and a sense of urgency. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs. Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred. Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues. Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
