You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily. Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients. What We're Looking For 2+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Product Strategy, with a proven track record of managing backlogs, defining scope, and writing clear user stories. We welcome applicants who are open to moving to Las Vegas! Please note that FullStack does not offer financial or logistical relocation support for this position. Advanced English is required. Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required. Demonstrated experience in e-commerce or digital transaction environments, optimizing user journeys, checkout/booking flows, and driving conversion rates (experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus). Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS, React, RESTful APIs), performance metrics, and backend integrations to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Willingness to work in a hybrid model (onsite 2 days per week in Las Vegas) after an initial fully remote period. Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications. Forensic attention to detail. A positive mindset and a can-do attitude. Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams. Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems. Base Salary Range: $60K - $70K (actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and location).
