Superintendent – New Build Steakhouse/Casual Dining – Travel (GCCM) Kelley Construction is a commercial and industrial general contractor licensed across many states. Job Skills / Requirements Summary: Manages resources and subcontractors' safety, efficiency, and productivity. Provides overall multi-site administrative and technical management for maintenance and project work at client facilities. 5 years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent (strongly desired) Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customers, and architects Experience in concrete, framing and finish carpentry Familiarity with computers and ability to use company software Must be able to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver's license Team player Must be able to travel Ensures safety practices are followed on job site Ability to follow instructions, read and interpret instructions Additional Information / Benefits Benefits: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 401K/403b Plan.
