Accounts Receivable Manager/Supervisor

Large law firm located near downtown Los Angeles is looking for a Billing Supervisor/Manager on a contract basis (hybrid schedule). The Billing Supervisor/Manager will be responsible for helping to lead the Billing staff. They will review client billing guidelines, set up billing accounts, assist with managing the billing department’s monthly and quarterly billing cycle, monitor billing submissions, ensure efficient billing systems, and handle Attorney requests. The role will also involve managing Attorneys, Secretaries, Billing Specialists and other legal staff on client billing requirements. Salary: USD52 - USD60 per hour Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Master’s degree is preferred. 6+ years of billing experience. Management experience is required. Legal industry experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills. Experience with Elite 3E software is ideal. Strong MS Office skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ledgent-Finance-
