Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:
In-charge of Human Resources Legal and Compliance
Administer HRIS
Manage the recruiting process which includes recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and background checks.
Make sure job descriptions are up to date
Handle employee issues and conflicts
Facilitate employee performance improvement plans
Annually review employee health insurance options
Assist with the administration of the retirement plan
Oversee annual benefit open enrollment and distribute any notices
Maintain employee handbook
Any other needs as assigned
Qualifications
5+ years of Human Resources experience
Strong experience with Compliance and Strategic Human Resources
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
