Event Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Event Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Las Vegas, NV. This hybrid role is ideal for a polished, organized, and service‑oriented events professional who enjoys managing details, coordinating people, and bringing high‑value programs to life. The Event Specialist will help execute a portfolio of events that serve as important touchpoints for members, attendees, prospective members, and industry partners. This position supports conferences, trade shows, education programs, committee meetings, member programs, and virtual events in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. The right candidate will bring strong event planning experience, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to represent the organization professionally during events and programs. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute events from initial concept through on‑site delivery and post‑event wrap‑up, including conferences, trade shows, education programs, and virtual events. Manage event logistics such as registration, timelines, materials, vendor coordination, attendee support, and on‑site event assistance. Serve as a professional and helpful point of contact for members, event attendees, prospective members, volunteers, and internal teams. Support committee meetings and member group programs, including scheduling, registration, communications, and coordination. Collaborate with marketing, accounting, and leadership teams to support event execution, membership initiatives, and program goals. Represent the organization at events and programs, including travel as needed. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per year. Job Type: Direct hire. Work Arrangement: Hybrid role.
