Industrial Maintenance Electrician | 1st Shift | Amazing Benefits Keep High-Volume Manufacturing Running

We’re hiring an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support and repair large-scale manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability —with opportunities to work on new installs, upgrades, and system improvements .

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on production equipment and facility systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
• Work on PLCs, drives, motor controls, and electrical components
• Support new equipment startup, testing, and system validation
• Install and modify wiring, conduit, and electrical components
• Diagnose issues with motors, controls, and industrial wiring systems
• Assist with hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting
• Contribute to continuous improvement and equipment upgrades

Electricians with industrial or transferable experience

• 2+ years of experience in:
  • Industrial maintenance OR
  • Manufacturing OR
  • Commercial/industrial electrical work

Ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams

Experience with motors, controls, wiring, and conduit

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience with PLCs or control systems (1+ year ideal)
• Experience in welding, fabrication, or heavy manufacturing
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• HVAC or facilities maintenance exposure
• Experience with equipment installs, retrofits, or startups
• Trade school or technical degree in electrical/electronics

• Overtime available (double-time pay after 50 hours)
• Large manufacturing facility with heavy equipment and advanced systems

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00/yr.
