Customer Coordinator

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry-Level Customer Coordinator. This role focuses on coordinating customer requests, maintaining client records, supporting daily operations, and ensuring customers receive timely, professional assistance throughout their experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer inquiries and service requests
• Respond to customers via email, phone, and chat

• Prepare reports and customer activity summaries

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, or related roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software is a plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a hybrid work environment
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
