What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a high-acuity environment
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments following safety protocols
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Support float needs across various ICU units, including MICU, Neuro, TICU, and Burn

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or ability to obtain
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience with Epic preferred
• Current ACLS & BLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including weekends and holidays
