Clean Team Inc. is looking for a motivated and organized Part-Time Recruiter / HR Coordinator to help support hiring and onboarding efforts throughout the Greater Grand Rapids market. Position Overview

• Job Title: Part-Time Recruiter / HR Coordinator
• Location: Kentwood, MI
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: Approximately 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible)
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Work Location: In-Person
• Start Date: Hiring Immediately

What You'll Do

As a member of our recruiting and HR team, you will help ensure positions are filled efficiently while creating a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruit candidates for multiple open positions across West Michigan
• Review applications and identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews
• Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other recruiting platforms
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities with managers
• Guide new hires through onboarding and employment paperwork
• Track applicant status and maintain recruiting records
• Handle background checks and pre-employment processes
• Communicate job expectations, schedules, and next steps with applicants
• Maintain confidential employee and applicant information
• Assist with general office management to help maintain efficient day-to-day operations
• Provide administrative support for HR and staffing initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email
• Valid driver's license

Preferred:

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or office administration
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools
