Job Description

Our client is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage litigation matters from initial investigation through case resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements.
Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.
Collaborate with clients and legal team to develop effective case strategies.
Conduct legal research and maintain compliance with case deadlines and court requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
Active license to practice law in South Carolina.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
