Delivery Assurance Specialist, New Product Introduction (Hybrid)

Job Overview Pratt & Whitney’s Global Supply Chain New Product Introduction team is looking for a Delivery Assurance Specialist for next generation military programs. The role focuses on monitoring and managing engine build readiness and delivery execution support while ensuring delivery, cost, and sustainable process adherence. Responsibilities Align internal delivery needs and program objectives through clear, concise, and data‑driven communication. Lead delivery assurance of next generation military programs in partnership with Industrial and NPI Buyers, ensuring on‑time delivery of procured hardware. Develop and refine replenishment strategies for critical parts across assigned part families, minimizing supply chain risk and aligning with Material Planning. Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including on‑site visits, regular status calls, and communications to reduce process time. Interpret and interrogate line of balances to reduce schedule slack and align manufacturing processes with customer requirements. Present status updates on critical hardware to senior leadership. Travel 30‑40% of the time as required. Qualifications You Must Have University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3years of experience. U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance. Advanced user of Microsoft Excel or other data analytics software. Working knowledge of Pratt & Whitney engine shop practices, quality standards, processes, and procedures. Experience operating within a complex value stream focusing on delivery, cost, and sustainable process adherence. Preferred Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analytics tools. Knowledge of Pratt & Whitney engine shop practices and quality standards.
