Senior Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale technical initiatives, manage Agile delivery, and drive cross-functional execution across multiple engineering teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud technologies, large-scale migrations, and product delivery within enterprise environments. Experience in the Payments industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale migration programs from planning through successful execution.
• Manage one or more Agile Scrum teams and oversee end-to-end product delivery.
• Define product vision and maintain Working Backwards documentation.
• Translate business requirements into platform requirements and user stories.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs while defining clear acceptance criteria.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
• Create and maintain product documentation for engineering stakeholders.
• Utilize customer research, analytics, competitive analysis, and business metrics to drive product decisions.
• Identify and remove risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments.
• Monitor feature development and adjust priorities as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale migration initiatives.
• Experience developing and launching technical products or platforms.
• Strong background driving product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market discussions.
• Experience building cloud-native software platforms at enterprise scale.
• Ability to understand complex technical architectures and operational challenges.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience building strong partnerships across engineering and business organizations.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Rally, Domo, and AI productivity tools.
