Maintenance Technician

divh2Maintenance Technician/h2pThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and carrying out preventative maintenance on assigned property/properties. This includes maintaining and improving the condition of property grounds and buildings and the timely completion of work orders.
