Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Review prior authorization requests based on defined criteria to determine medication approval or denial.Meet a production goal of 90% with an average of 40 cases completed per day.Maintain a quality goal of 95% for Q1 2026 and 99% for Q2-Q4 2026.Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure compliance and transparency in the authorization process.Foster a culture of accountability, courage, curiosity, trust, and service within the team.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:1+ years of experience in retail, hospital, managed care, or PBM settings, with prior authorization review experience preferred.Bachelor's or Doctorate of Pharmacy degree.Current state's Pharmacist license with no restrictions.Preferred: Pharmacist Licenses in NC, CA, NJ, AZ, KS, TX, IN, GA.Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel is a plus.Strong clinical decision-making skills, flexibility, and the ability to learn quickly.Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
