If you are too, let's talk.As Director of Marketing Analytics, you'll lead a team that transforms data into insights and drives decisions and strategy across our marketing channels. You'll own measurement and analytics for paid media, digital, partners, and field campaigns—including attribution modeling, ROI optimization, and emerging AI capabilities.What You'll DoLead and develop a team of analysts; establish best practices and build team capabilityOwn attribution modeling and full-funnel measurement across all marketing channelsTake the insights and translate data into actionable insights for marketing leaders across the business.Drive paid and organic digital acquisition strategy through CAC, ROAS, and LTV analysisBuild and maintain self-service dashboards in Tableau for demand gen, digital, field, events, and field marketing teamsImplement AI/ML capabilities for predictive modeling and automated insightsSupport marketing experiments with rigorous testing and statistical validationCreate forecasts and scenario models to inform annual budget planningPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Leadership, and Data teams on strategy and QBRsPartner with Marketing Data Operations team to maintain data quality across martech systemsStay current with analytics tools and methods to drive competitive advantageWhat We're Looking ForExperience:12+ years in Marketing, Analytics, Operations, or BI in B2B SaaS5+ years managing and developing analytics teams; strong leadership skills5+ years in digital/paid media analytics: channel optimization, attribution, budget allocation (SEM, display, social, video)Track record of using data to drive business strategy and budget decisionsExperience across enterprise sales, product-led growth, and partner marketing modelsSkills:Deep expertise in marketing attribution modeling and multi-touch measurementData storytelling: communicate complex insights to executives and influence decisionsStrong grasp of martech infrastructure: database management, data hygiene, API integrations (ad platforms, CRM, analytics tools, data warehouse)Expert-level Tableau, Salesforce, Snowflake, ExcelStatistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental designBonus:AI/ML experience: predictive modeling, propensity scoring, marketing mix modelingGoogle Analytics (GA4) or Adobe Analytics expertiseSQL proficiencyGrowth marketing or demand gen backgroundPrivacy-first measurement, DSPs, programmatic advertising experiencePython, R, or similar statistical toolsAdvanced degree (MBA, Analytics, Economics, or related field)P10518_3504727The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $240,000—$330,000 USDBelow is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
