As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier ® $5,000 Commitment - Incentive Bonus More About Our Team Join our team in a 24 bed unit staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (NAs), and monitor techs. This unit focuses on Pre & Post Cardiac Cath patients with 24 hr cardiac monitoring. How You'll Contribute Monitor vital signs/blood sugars Assists patients with activities of daily living; Document and report abnormal findings or changes in patient condition Measure and document input/output and weights Assist nurse as needed Answer call lights Assist with patient admission, transfer and discharge Provide care appropriate to the condition/age of the patient Distribute drinks and/or snacks Maintain clean and neat patient room and work environment. What we're looking for- a compassionate nursing assistant with a understanding of critical care principles and advanced patient monitoring. Applicants should have a current state NA I license and completed NA course from an accredited school. Additional requirements include: Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
