Job Summary

We need someone to help with our internal cost management system. This will require working with project managers to set up new projects, update project financials mid-project, close out projects, and help with various financial questions or updates required during execution. It would be ideal if this person has a cost or financial background. Knowledge of company financial basics, including sales, revenue, income, profitability, and labor multipliers, is ideal. This person will need to be trained/on-boarded to the client's internal financial system called Ecosys. This will take several months to get them up to speed, and they will work independently with the project management staff for project updates. The role will be an in-office role for 40 hours. It will require excellent verbal and written communication skills. We need a self-starter who likes to learn independently, take on challenges, someone who can dig into the system to identify the issues, and works well with a large group of diverse staff. This is in a corporate environment, so dressing professionally and working a standard 85 schedule are required. Additional administrative duties may be required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with project managers to set up new projects in the internal cost management system
• Update project financials mid-project as required
• Close out projects within the system

• Dress professionally and adhere to a standard 85 schedule in a corporate environment

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, communications, construction management, or related field required; OR
• Associate Degree and minimum 2 years of related experience required; OR
• High School Diploma/GED and minimum 4 years of related experience required

Required Experience

• If substituting for a Bachelor's degree: minimum 2 years of related experience (with Associate Degree) or minimum 4 years of related experience (with High School Diploma/GED)

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Fully in-office position no remote, no hybrid
• Must report onsite daily in the Centennial, CO area
• Candidates must be fully committed to maintaining their commute long term; challenges have been noted for candidates commuting from areas such as Arvada, North Denver, and Loveland
• Professional dress required at all times
• Standard 85 schedule required; eligible for flex 9/80
