Project Controls Specialist IIIThe Project Controls Specialist III is responsible for implementation, training, oversight and conducting Project Controls related practices for multiple projects across the company's operational groups.Location: This is an onsite position, which can be located at any of the following locations: Clinton, IN; Indianapolis, IN; Phoenix, AZ; Denver, CO, or Fargo, ND. With over 35,000 employees and 400 offices nationwide, we provide flexibility and career growth in dynamic work environments.ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:Compiling job cost and/or planning reports for multiple projectsPrepare project progress billingsPrepare client progress updatesMay require some travel to project sitesPerform performance analysis and forecastingUpdate & Review change management, forecast and progress updates in ViewpointSupport project management with project reporting requirementsAssist/train project management in use of PM/Controls toolsWorks independently on complex assignmentsOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation and Work Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience4-6 years of related experience in project controls or cost scheduling and planningCertification from Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACEi), Project Management Institute (PMI) or related industry institute preferredTravel Requirements:Must be capable of up to 15% travel (e.g. 3.5 days/month) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities.
