Emory Healthcare is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our Geriatric Primary Care team at A.G. Rhodes Blvd and Budd Terrace skilled nursing and long term care centers. Our APPs round on admitted patients in sub-acute and long term care settings and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate geriatric care.
