• Location: Davenport, IA
• Start Date: ASAP / Negotiable
• End Date/Duration: 11/03/2026
• Shift: Various (full-time)
• Hours/week: 40+
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Licenses/Certifications: LMHC or LISW in Iowa; LMSW or Temp LMHC with supervisory requirements (preferred)
• Experience: Prior mental health experience preferred, especially in individual and group therapy

• Hourly Rate: $42.00
• Salary Range: $58,000 – $72,500 annually (based on experience)

• Conduct intake and evaluation for adult and youth clients
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient care
• Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and special interest groups
• Engage in community outreach and client education as needed
• Uphold all policies related to compliance, confidentiality, and trauma-informed care

Required:

• Master’s degree in a related field
• LMHC or LISW license in Iowa
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Preferred:

• Experience in mental health therapy (individual and group)
• Background in trauma-informed care, substance dependency, or related fields
