Duties include managing cash, ensuring accountability, opening and closing, and leading shift management in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This includes physical tasks such as walking, standing, lifting, bending, as well as interactions with customers and staff. Your Impact And Responsibilities Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift. Acts as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant. Manages cash handling and ensures accountability. Enforces policies and standards. Executes shift management meeting operating and safety standards. Uses tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution and document results. Directs crewmembers during a shift. Provides exemplary customer service. Utilizes reward and recognition program for crewmembers. Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g., discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides). Ensures cleanliness and facility maintenance. Completes other duties as assigned. Qualifications Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may constantly change. Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills. Works effectively both independently and collaboratively. Identifies problems, sets goals, executes and converts plans into action to solve problems. Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly. Willing to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and travel for training. Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs. 1+ year of restaurant or retail management experience. Must be 18 years of age or older.
