WHAT WE OFFER

Pay: $250,000+/year

Schedule: This position is full-time.

POSITION DETAILS:

Each day looks different, but expect to:

Lead care teams in skilled nursing facilities
Manage complex cases discharged early from hospitals
Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and specialists to deliver hospital-level care in a long-term setting
Ensure continuity, quality, and compassion in every patient interaction

What You Need:

Board certification or board-eligible internal medicine, geriatrics, critical care, or family practice

Previous experience as a hospitalist or in leadership positions is strongly preferred.
