Human Resources Manager

We’re Hiring: Human Resources Manager at Butterfield Country Club Are you an HR professional who loves building great workplace cultures? Butterfield Country Club is looking for a hands‑on Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team and help make the Club a great place to work. What you’ll do: Oversee HR operations, compliance, and employee records Design and lead training programs, including harassment prevention, leadership, and service excellence Create employee engagement and recognition programs that build morale and retention Partner with the General Manager, CFO, and department heads on employee relations and HR strategy Lead safety initiatives, audits, and Illinois employment law compliance Support recruitment, onboarding, and payroll What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of HR management or generalist experience (hospitality or private club experience is a plus) Experience with Paycom HRIS and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and leadership skills, plus the discretion to handle confidential information The details: Full-time, year-round, exempt, in-person position $74,000 – $78,000 per year 401(k) with company matching Paid time off and paid jury duty Employee assistance program Employee discount and referral program If you’re passionate about people, culture, and creating a positive employee experience, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
