SAP Solution Architect

Responsibilities:Lead the design and architecture of integrated SAP solutions across MM, SD, PM and ETM, and related modules.Drive end-to-end business discussions with cross-functional stakeholders and business users.Analyze and define integration touchpoints between PM, ETM, MM, TM, and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM - preferable).Collaborate with technical and functional teams to design seamless interfaces using middleware platforms (e.g., PI/PO, Boomi, or others).Oversee and validate the implementation of SAP FIORI applications for user-centric process execution.Act as a bridge between business and technology teams ensuring a common understanding of the solution.Conduct design workshops, prepare functional and technical documentation, and support testing & deployment phases. Required Skills & Experience:15+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on and architectural expertise in SAP MM, SD, PM, and ETM.Deep functional understanding of Plant Maintenance operations, Material Master, Bill of Materials, Equipment Lifecycle, and Equipment Tools tracking.Proven experience in integrating SAP PM, MM, ETM with TM and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).Strong knowledge of SAP FIORI apps – standard and custom – including design principles and user interaction flows.Hands-on experience or architectural knowledge of interfaces and middleware technologies (SAP PI/PO, Boomi, or 3rd party).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to lead cross-functional discussions.Experience with end-to-end implementations, Global rollouts, or Transformation projects is preferred. Nice to Have:Exposure to projects with ETM focused solution is preferred.Familiarity with SAP TM Advanced Shipping & Receiving (ASR), Equipment and Tools management, and integration with Third party logistics.Experience working in Tools and Heavy Equipment industries. Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.SAP Certifications in MM/PM/ETM (preferred but not mandatory).
