✅ Job Title: SAP Solution Architect – MM/PM/SD/ETM IntegrationLocation: [Insert Location or Remote/Hybrid Option]Experience Level: Senior (15+ Years SAP Experience)Employment Type: [Full-Time / Contract / Consultant] Role Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the design and integration of complex SAP solutions across MM, SD, PM, ETM, and related modules. This role is critical to driving process standardization and seamless integration across plant maintenance, equipment tools management, and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on architectural experience, deep functional expertise, and a proven track record in SAP-FIORI, middleware, and third-party logistics system integrations (e.g., OTM). Key Responsibilities: Architect and lead end-to-end integrated SAP solutions across MM, SD, PM, and ETM modules.Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to align SAP solutions with operational and strategic goals.Define and design integration touchpoints across SAP PM, ETM, MM, TM, and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).Drive and validate the implementation of SAP FIORI applications—standard and custom—with a focus on usability and efficiency.Work closely with functional and technical teams to define and implement interfaces via SAP PI/PO, Boomi, or other middleware platforms.Act as a strategic liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring a unified understanding and delivery of the solution.Conduct workshops, create and maintain functional and technical documentation, and support all testing and deployment phases.Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and enterprise architecture guidelines. Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of SAP experience, with proven expertise in MM, SD, PM, and ETM (Equipment & Tools Management).Deep functional understanding of:Plant Maintenance (PM): Maintenance planning, equipment lifecycle, work orders.Materials Management (MM): Material master, BOMs, procurement.ETM: Equipment tracking, availability management, and utilization.Demonstrated experience integrating SAP modules with SAP TM and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).Strong architectural and hands-on experience with SAP FIORI applications—standard and custom—including UX design and user flows.Proficiency with SAP integration platforms (e.g., PI/PO, Boomi, or 3rd-party tools).Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders.Experience in end-to-end implementations, global rollouts, or SAP transformation projects. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience delivering ETM-focused solutions in real-world projects.Familiarity with SAP TM Advanced Shipping & Receiving (ASR).Industry experience in construction, equipment leasing, or heavy equipment logistics.Exposure to 3PL integrations, asset lifecycle tracking, and compliance-driven operations. Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related technical/business discipline.SAP Certifications in MM, PM, or ETM are preferred but not mandatory.
