We are looking for a versatile Marketing & Content Specialist to support digital content, product presentation, and online merchandising efforts. This position suits someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing creative tasks with day-to-day coordination in a fast-moving environment. The role contributes to social media execution, product content upkeep, and digital asset management while helping maintain a consistent and detail-oriented brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• Produce short-form digital content that showcases products across social media channels, adapting ideas into engaging posts, videos, and visual assets.

• Coordinate photography and video creation for product features, demonstrations, promotional campaigns, and lifestyle-focused marketing materials.

• Draft captions, basic scripts, content outlines, and posting concepts that align with brand messaging and audience interests.

• Maintain and update online product information in e-commerce platforms, including descriptions, images, pricing details, tags, and collections.

• Review digital storefronts regularly to identify incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent product content and correct issues in a timely manner.

• Organize and manage product images, videos, and related digital files needed for merchandising, marketing, sales, and wholesale use.

• Support promotional merchandising efforts by preparing content for featured items, seasonal campaigns, bundles, and new product launches.

• Monitor social media trends and emerging content formats, then recommend practical ideas that can strengthen engagement and product visibility.

• Assist with social commerce and creator-related initiatives, including affiliate, influencer, and user-generated content support as needed.

• Experience supporting social media content, digital marketing, e-commerce administration, or related coordination work.

• Working knowledge of major social platforms.

• Ability to create and edit basic photo and video content for online marketing purposes.

• Familiarity with e-commerce tools.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficiency with design or content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable applications.

• Clear written communication skills for preparing captions, product descriptions, and other customer-facing content.

• Resourceful and adaptable approach with a willingness to take ownership of both creative and administrative tasks.
