RN – Oncology ICU Location: Hospital Setting Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | 36 hours per week | Sun–Sat scheduling Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology ICU to join a hospital-based oncology intensive care team. The RN will provide specialized, high-acuity care to oncology patients requiring critical care monitoring and treatment. Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy, monitoring patient responses, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to critically ill oncology patients in the ICU setting Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments per protocol Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and treatment responses Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital standards Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care needs Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Chemotherapy certification required Minimum 3 years of oncology or related ICU experience BLS/ACLS certifications (preferred or required per facility policy) Strong critical care and patient management skills If you are a dedicated oncology nurse looking to make a difference in a critical care environment, we encourage you to apply.
