ProSidian seeks a Change Management & Training Specialist | Organizational Change & Digital Adoption Support for program support on a contract basis. This role is located CONUS - Pasco County across the South East Region supporting Pasco County in enhancing performance, resilience, and sustainability of its water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems through comprehensive engineering, planning, environmental, and digital transformation services.

This position requires candidates with relevant experience in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure sector. This is a technical element or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) organizational change & digital adoption support functional area professional - utilities enterprise performance position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position.

Job Overview

Provide services and support as a Utilities Enterprise Performance (Change Management & Training Specialist) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure industry sector focusing on environmental services solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County utilities generally located in CONUS - Pasco County and across the South East Region (of country/world).

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design and deliver change management strategies to support digital tool adoption.
• Conduct training sessions and create guides for new workflows and systems.
• Support staff engagement and feedback during transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Organizational Development, Communications, or Business Administration; PROSCI or similar certification preferred.
• 37 years in change management, training, or organizational development roles.

Skills Required

• Instructional design, training delivery, stakeholder communication, Microsoft 365, change impact assessments.

Competencies Required

• Empathy, teaching, adaptability, communication strategy.

• Track adoption metrics and identify improvement areas through feedback analysis.
