Remote-Eligible Banking Customer Care Specialist

Horizon Farm Credit

Horizon Farm Credit is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to enhance our customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone and email, and supporting our digital banking users. The ideal candidate should have 2-5+ years of experience in customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable using computer software applications. After six months, the position allows up to two days of remote work per month. #J-18808-Ljbffr
