Regulatory Affairs CoordinatorA leading utility services organization is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to support compliance activities for wastewater systems. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with water industry experience who enjoys working with regulatory requirements, laboratory data, environmental compliance, and multiple stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport wastewater compliance by reviewing operational data, preparing regulatory reports and submissions, and tracking sampling, sludge, biomonitoring, and discharge requirements.Maintain accurate regulatory databases, laboratory results, compliance documentation, billing information, work orders, and records while ensuring deadlines are consistently met.Collaborate with operations, contract management, laboratories, customers, and regulatory agencies; assist with inspections, employee training, compliance investigations, and environmental projects.Qualifications2+ years of experience in the water/wastewater industry, with wastewater experience strongly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, Public Health, Public Administration, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a closely related field.Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to research issues, interpret data, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, ability to learn regulatory software and databases, willingness to drive a company vehicle as needed, and a clean driving record.Hourly: $32/hr - $43/hr - non-exemptBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness benefits, retirement options, paid time off, and other company-sponsored programs.Location: Katy, Texas —Onsite M-F
