• On-call hours: 24 hours from Friday to Monday, 7 AM to 7 AM, two weekends each month
• Patient load: 1 to 2 patients per shift
• Work environment: Hospital setting
• Responsibilities: Nursery Level 1 rounding and coverage for the pediatric floor
• Admissions: 1 to 2 required per shift
• Procedures: Circumcisions and emergency department consultations
