Health Plan Member Care Specialist

Sharp Health Plan is seeking a customer care representative to handle direct and timely communication with plan members, providers and employer groups. You will verify eligibility, explain plans and benefits, and resolve routine questions with accuracy using IDX and Salesforce. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months in a customer call center role.
