A Denny's Cook has a "Guests First" attitude, preparing guest selections, following set recipes, & brand standards, presenting it on a great looking plate, all while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
Cooks also:
- Honor guest requests for special orders.
- Correctly call the wheel.
- Clean, complete side work, and organize supplies as required.
- Monitor waste and other food cost controls.
- Willingly assist other team members without being asked.
- Provide total guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Must be available to work holidays and weekends
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- 6 months restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred
Essential Functions:
- Must be able to lift & carry up to 50lbs, periodically
- Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, stand, & walk
- Must be able to work with all Denny's menu items
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum:$9.93 - Maximum:$16.50
