Location Davidson County and Williamson County Facility Various Clinics Specialty Float Schedule PRN | Days Benefits Retirement: 403(b) plan Well‑being support: Employee Assistance Program, counseling and peer support, spiritual care and stress management resources How you’ll make an impact in this role Coordinate seamless patient visits by preparing treatment environments and conducting initial screenings to ensure every individual feels welcomed and ready for care Capture the patient’s story by accurately documenting vital signs and care journeys, providing the medical team with the high‑quality data needed for precise clinical decisions Facilitate essential treatments by transcribing and processing orders for labs and imaging, ensuring patients receive the follow‑up services they need without delay Support the clinical flow by managing front‑of‑house communications and maintaining medical supplies so the care team can remain focused on the patient What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted Certified Medical Assistant obtained within 4 months (120 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
