Entry Level Field Service Technician

- Water Chemistry Mastery: Service and maintain water chemistry in hot tubs and swim spas at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance.
- Customer Connection: Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, discussing additional services and providing pricing.
- Contract Caretaker: Provide water care service to our maintenance contract customers at their homes, ensuring their aquatic havens remain a source of relaxation.
- Educate and Elevate: Educate customers on proper water care practices. Share your knowledge and passion for aquatic wellness.
- Winterization Specialist: Execute winterization processes to safeguard hot tubs and spas during colder months, ensuring year-round customer satisfaction.
- Customer-Focused Attitude : You're not just a technician; you're an ambassador of relaxation. Approach every customer interaction with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Technical proficiency with carpentry, plumbing, and electrical experience is desirable, particularly for Mid-Level Technician applicants.
- Road-Ready: Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license to ensure safe transportation of equipment.
- Strength and Stamina: Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs, loading and unloading from the company vehicle to hot tubs, sometimes covering distance on foot.
- Weather-Ready: From sunny days to snowy landscapes, work comfortably independently in all weather and climate conditions to ensure our customers' aquatic experiences are consistently exceptional.
