About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to join its global team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the business leadership team, responsible for leading people and culture strategies that drive business growth, transformation, and sustained performance across global markets. This role requires an enterprise mindset, with a focus on partnering with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. The VP, HR will also be instrumental in ensuring that HR is a competitive advantage, integrating business partnership, regional HR leadership, technology, analytics, and modern ways of working to deliver measurable impact and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive HR experience in manufacturing-based or complex operating environments, with at least 3 years in executive leadership roles. The role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in talent management, organizational design, and workforce strategy. Experience in global, matrixed organizations and a strong background in HR modernization and technology enablement are essential. The VP, HR will be expected to champion the company's values, advance an inclusive culture, and lead initiatives in talent acceleration, leadership development, and succession planning. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced credentials strongly preferred.
