Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our client to support critical administrative operations and help maintain the accuracy and efficiency of business processes. This temporary opportunity is based in Cherry Hill, NJ and is hybrid . The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing documentation, maintaining organized records, and ensuring information is accurately communicated across internal and external stakeholders. This position is well suited for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.


Compensation:
$20-$23/hour


Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours


Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

• Maintain and update business records by accurately entering, reviewing, and organizing information across multiple systems and databases.
• Ensure data integrity by comparing documentation against tracking tools and resolving discrepancies when identified.
• Support client communications by preparing routine correspondence using established templates and approved information sources.
• Keep internal resources current by updating procedural documents, reference materials, and administrative records.
• Assist with day-to-day operational activities that promote efficient workflow, accuracy, and timely completion of administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills for the Administrative Assistant:

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage priorities independently, meet deadlines, and stay productive with minimal supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Comfortable working with data entry tasks and navigating computer-based systems with strong typing skills.
